Our Teachers

Miss Melissa is a certified teacher with a Master’s and B.S. in Early Childhood Education, along with a minor in Disabilities Studies. She has worked in early childhood and special education classrooms, residential camps, and as a full-time nanny. Her experience is both broad and hands-on. Melissa brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to every interaction, building trust with children and families.

Now transitioning into the role of Director, Melissa continues to build strong connections with families and guide the Milestones community with care and intention.

Miss Hannah has been part of the Milestones UWS family for over six years, bringing a calm, consistent presence to the classroom. She has spent many years caring for young children in schools, childcare centers, and home settings, and she brings a natural warmth and steady approach to her work each day.

She’s especially drawn to the small moments that build trust—like greeting children each morning with a warm smile. Families appreciate her nurturing style and deep understanding of child development, making her a steady and beloved part of each child’s early learning journey.
