A Day Full of Wonder
Our classroom is one welcoming, mixed-age group where children learn from and with each other, much like a family. With no more than twelve children and two teachers, every child is truly seen, supported, and celebrated. Our daily schedule is a steady rhythm of joyful exploration and connection:
Free Play and Centers (9:00–10:45): Imaginative play, sensory exploration, building, creating—this is where relationships blossom and curiosity thrives.
Snack and Circle Time (11:00–12:00): A moment to gather, reflect, sing, share stories, and spark new ideas.
Outdoor Play (12:15–1:15): Gross motor development, community-building, and fresh air fun—rain or shine.
Lunch and Nap (1:15–3:15): A peaceful close to the day, with nourishing meals from home and rest that recharges little bodies and minds.
From drop-off to pick-up, everything is designed to feel predictable, comforting, and full of purpose.
Learning That Comes Naturally
At Milestones, learning isn’t confined to worksheets or rigid routines. It happens in real time, through real experiences—painting with toy cars during our transportation unit, or using our five senses to explore apples in the fall. Our curriculum is grounded in play, guided by child interests, and structured around engaging themes such as:

While literacy, math, and science are woven into our daily activities, our true focus is on social-emotional growth.
